Add your first plant

Make room for one plant. A name and a first photo are all you need.

Tap + in your garden.

The registration window opens. In scientific-name mode, enter genus, species and cultivar separately. If you prefer familiar names, choose simple mode in Settings.

Choose the name for the card.

Give the card a name you’ll recognize in your garden. If you grow several of the same kind, use a name that tells them apart. Leave it blank to display the plant name.

Add the first photo and save.

Choose a photo and check its date. Older photos are welcome too. If you have a photo from the day it came home, that’s where its story can begin.
